摘 要:依托南方某跨海大桥口岸海陆衔接段大跨度连续钢箱梁工程,对钢箱梁吊装施工技术进行了研究,并通过地基承载力验算和Midas/Civil数值模拟验证了施工方案的安全性与可行性。该工程采用了连续钢箱梁桥,由于受到场地限制,故对钢箱梁挑臂段进行了拆分,并根据运输车辆的最大载质量将钢箱梁分段运输至现场后进行小节段拼装,拼装完成后按轴线段吊装,最后焊接挑臂。笔者研究的施工工艺采用后确保了施工过程的安全性,并提高了拼装精度和成桥线形质量。该研究成果可为相关工程提供借鉴。Based on the construction project of large-span continuous steel box girder at the sea land connection section of a south crossing-sea bridge port,the hoisting construction technology of the steel box girder was studied,and the safety and feasibility of relevant procedures were verified by the checking calculation of the foundation bearing capacity and Midas/Civil numerical simulation.The bridge is a continuous steel box girder bridge.Due to the limitation of the site,the cantilever section of the steel box girder was disassembled.According to the maximum weight of the transportation,the box girder was then segmented and the small sections were assembled after being transported to the site.The crane wais hoisted by the shaft section.Finally,the cantilever was welded.The construction technology in this paper ensures the safety of the construction process,improves the matching accuracy and the quality of the finished bridge alignment.The study can provide references for similar projects.
