摘 要:河口防洪闸可防止外河高水位对内河造成泄洪不畅甚至洪水倒灌等影响,何时关闭河口防洪闸成为其汛期运行管理的关键,也是其防洪度汛的重要举措。通过确定典型年、计算设计洪水、推求外河水位、模拟试算河口防洪闸关闸水位,最终确定安全、合理、具有可行性的关闸水位,可为河口防洪闸的运行管理及防洪度汛提供理论支持。The estuarine flood control gate can prevent the impact of high water level in the outer river on the inner river,such as poor flood discharge and even flood backflow.When to close the estuary flood gate becomes the key to its operation and management in the flood season,and is also an important measure for its flood control.The safe,reasonable and feasible closing water level is finally determined by determining the typical year,calculating the design flood,calculating the water level of the outer river and simulating the closing water level of the flood control gate at the estuary.It can provide theoretical support for the operation management and flood control of the estuary flood gate.
