摘 要:现行水利信息化项目验收标准存在一定局限性,有必要提出改进的质量检验与评定标准。结合舟山市水务调度信息化管理系统的检查与测试的实际需求,研究水利信息化项目质量评定标准,对水利信息化项目的分部工程及单元工程进行分类,明确并量化单元工程的质量评定标准,同时提出相关软件及硬件的检测评定技术指标。为水利信息化项目的科学验收提供指标依据,同时可以加强对项目开发质量的全过程管控。There are some limitations in the current acceptance standards for water conservancy informatization projects.It is necessary to propose improved quality inspection and evaluation standards.Based on the actual needs of inspection and testing of Zhoushan Water Dispatching Information Management System,the quality evaluation standards of water conservancy information projects are studied.The divisional and unit projects of water conservancy information projects are classified.The quality evaluation standards of unit projects are defined and quantified.At the same time,the detection and evaluation technical indicators of relevant software and hardware are proposed.It can provide index basis for scientific acceptance of water conservancy informatization projects,and strengthen the whole process control of project development quality.
