摘 要:以乌东德右岸地下电站85万千瓦机组座环安装实例,分析研究传统分瓣吊入机坑和安装间组焊整体吊装两种方案的优缺点,总结大型水电机组座环安装间组焊整体吊装方案的组焊步骤、吊装设计,对安装过程中控制的重难点进行分析,成功实现了大型水电机组座环安全、快速的安装,改善了座环施工环境,确保了座环安装质量,提升了座环组焊工效,减小了成本支出。Taking the installation of the stay ring of 850000 kW unit in the underground power station on the right bank of Wudongde as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of the two traditional schemes of lifting into the machine pit in sections and assembling and welding in the installation room are analyzed and studied.Summarize the assembly and welding steps and lifting design of the overall lifting scheme for the assembly and welding of the stay ring installation room of large hydropower units,and analyze the key and difficult points of control during the installation process.It has successfully realized the safe and rapid installation of the stay ring of large hydropower units,improved the construction environment of the stay ring,ensured the installation quality of the stay ring,improved the work efficiency of the stay ring assembly and welding,and reduced the cost.
