摘 要:地铁作为重要城市交通,站域周边建成环境值得关注。通过街景数据与机器学习提取各环境因子可视率,并通过网络数据提取特定区域POI和其使用特征,进行基于人本视角的指标测度分析。以复兴门站为例,与天津市内六区其他地铁站进行对比研究,建立建成环境评价体系,分析各指标相互影响的规律。结果表明POI的使用与建筑空间分布相关,自然空间与人们的使用存在割裂,导致该地铁站点周边地块空间使用同站点本身关联性不强。这为后续该站域的城市设计与空间优化提供支持和建议。As an important part of urban transportation,the built environment around metro station area deserves attention.This paper conducted measurement analysis based on humanistic perspective by extracting the visibility of environmental factors through street view data and machine learning,and POI characteristics through network data.Subway stations in six districts of Tianjin were selected for comparison;Taking Fuxingmen station as an example to establish an environmental assessment system,the relationship between indexes was analyzed.The results show that the use of POI is related to the spatial distribution of buildings,and there is a separation between natural space and people's use,resulting in the weak correlation between the space use of plots around the subway station and the station itself.This provides support and suggestions for the subsequent urban design and spatial optimization of the station area.
