摘　　要：本文主要介绍内径≥50 mm、外径100~300 mm、高度≤50 mm的套圈类零件二次淬火中使用的模压淬火设备的结构、运动过程及多种配套组合模式。该类模压淬火机床也是为了提高淬火件的质量而具有针对性研发制造的专用设备。This paper mainly introduces the structure, motion process and various supporting combination modes of the die pressure quenching equipment used in the secondary quenching of ferrule parts with inner diameter ≥50 mm, outer diameter 100 mm to 300 mm and height ≤50 mm. This kind of die pressing quenching machine tool is also a special designed equipment for improving the quality of quenched parts.
