摘  要:通过断口分析、化学成分分析、硬度测定、金相检验等方法对D2钢卡簧冲头的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:D2钢卡簧冲头断裂的主要原因是材料中共晶碳化物偏析严重,呈带状分布,同时存在尖角状、大块状碳化物,从而导致D2钢卡簧冲头在使用过程中发生早期断裂失效。The fracture reason of D2 steel circlip punch was analyzed by means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness measurement and metallographic examination. The results showed that the main reason for the fracture of D2 steel circlip punch was that the eutectic carbide of the material was seriously segregated and distributed in a strip shape, and there were sharp corner like bolck carbides, which led to the early fracture failure of the punch in use process.
