摘 要:白点缺陷在钢材中是一种非常致命的缺陷,需严格控制其产生。通过化学成分、显微组织、能谱分析等手段,对硫、氢元素含量符合要求的16Mn锻件中产生密集型缺陷的原因进行分析,发现产生的密集型缺陷为白点。其产生的原因在于MnS夹杂物的存在,导致氢原子在尖端聚集,造成应力集中,最终萌生裂纹,形成白点缺陷。可通过对铸坯偏析的改善、凝固过程控制等手段来控制MnS夹杂物的形核和长大,使S和Mn元素更多地以固溶原子的形式存在,或者形成的MnS夹杂物尺寸细小、均匀弥散地分布在钢中,避免白点缺陷的产生。As a fatal defect in steel, white spot defects should be strictly controlled. The causes of dense defects in 16Mn forgings with sulfur and hydrogen content in line with the requirements were analyzed by means of chemical composition, microstructure and energy spectrum analysis. It was found that the dense defects were white spots. The white spot was caused by the existence of MnS inclusions, which led to the accumulation of hydrogen atoms at the tip, resulting in stress concentration, and finally cracks were initiated and white spot defects were formed. The nucleation and growth of MnS inclusions could be controlled by means of improving the segregation of casting billet and controlling the solidification process, so that more S and Mn elements existed in the form of solid solution atoms, or the formed MnS inclusions were fine in size and uniformly distributed in the steel, so as to avoid the occurrence of white spot defects.
