摘　　要：以铜改性聚酯纤维、Modal纤维为原料,设计生产具有亲肤、抗菌、防臭功能的毛巾。阐述了毛巾原料的选用、组织结构设计、规格设计、工艺流程和上机工艺设计,介绍了络筒、整经、浆纱和织造等工序的工艺参数以及采取的技术措施。经测试,成品符合GB/T 22864—2020《毛巾》中优等品的要求。With copper modified polyester fiber and Modal fiber as raw materials,the towel with skin-friendly,antibacterial and deodorant functions is designed and produced.The selection of towel raw materials,organizational structure design,specification design,process flow and upper machine process design,and introduces the process parameters and technical measures of winding,warping,sizing and weaving processes are introduced in detail.After testing,the finished product can meet the requirements of superior products in GB/T 22864—2020 Towels.
