摘 要:针对活性染料印花生产中易出现白地沾色的问题,筛选了较佳的防沾皂洗剂,研究探讨了超声辅助皂洗的较优工艺,并对比了常规皂洗与超声皂洗的工艺效果。试验结果表明,活性防沾皂洗剂OG-126皂洗效果较好,超声辅助皂洗的较优工艺为皂洗温度40℃、时间3 min、皂洗剂质量浓度1 g/L。与常规皂洗工艺相比,超声辅助皂洗在提高防沾效果的同时还可实现节能、降耗。Aiming at the problem of white ground staining in reactive dye printing production,the best anti staining soaping agent is selected,the optimum technology of ultrasonic assisted soaping is studied and the effects of conventional soaping and ultrasonic soaping are compared.The experimental results show that the best anti staining soaping agent is active anti staining soaping agent OG-126.The optimum process of ultrasonic assisted soaping is soaping at 40℃for 3 min with soaping agent dosage of 1 g/L.Compared with conventional soaping process,ultrasonic assisted soaping can not only improve the anti staining effect,but also achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in production.
