摘  要:采用图像法及基于图像识别的边缘检测算法对油滴在纺织品材料表面由扩散到稳定的润湿情况进行分析,再结合称重法,不仅能够表征部分拒油纺织品材料的油滴扩散性能,还可区分出完全拒油的纺织品材料。研制了纺织品材料拒油特性的客观测试仪器系统,包括机械测试装置和控制系统。根据提出的测试方法及对油滴动态扩散的过程分析定义了最大润湿面积S_(T)、经向最大润湿半径R_(1)、纬向最大润湿半径R_(2)、经向润湿速率V_(01)、纬向润湿速率V_(02)及拒油率6个评价指标。试验采用8种典型样本,对拒油特性进行了客观测试,并与抗碳氢化合物拒油试验的测试结果进行了对比分析,结果具有一致性,证明该测试方法具有可行性。The image method and the edge detection algorithm based on image recognition are used to analyze and deal with the wetting process from of oil droplets from initial status to stable status on the surface of textile materials.Combined with the weighing method,the proposed method is able to not only characterize the oil droplet diffusion performance of partially oil-repellent textile materials,but also distinguish completely oil-repellent textile materials.An objective testing instrument system for oil repellent characteristics of textile materials is developed,including the mechanical testing device and control system.According to the proposed test method and the process analysis of the dynamic diffusion of oil droplets,six evaluation indexes are defined,including the maximum wetting area S_(T),the maximum wetting radius R_(1) in the warp direction,the maximum wetting radius R_(2) in the weft direction,the wetting rate V_(01) in the warp direction,the wetting rate V_(02) in the weft direction and the oil-repellent ratio.The oil repellent characteristics of eight typical samples are objectively tested in the experiments,and the test results are compared with the anti-hydrocarbon oil repellent experiment.The results of the two methods are consistent.This test method can provide a new approach for this field.
