摘  要:对于船用柴油机薄壁零件大端面上的孔而言,精度要求高,加工难度大,特别是位于中部的Φ26mm孔与大端面的垂直度精度要求,珩磨后难以保证。针对这一问题,开展了薄壁零件高精度孔珩磨质量攻关。基于人、机、法三方面,对问题的影响因素进行分析,并提出对策。通过增加两块辅助铜垫工装,有效、稳定地保证了珩磨后Φ26mm孔与大端面的垂直度精度。For the hole on the large end face of the thin-walled part of marine diesel engine,the accuracy requirement is high and the processing is difficult,especially the perpendicularity accuracy requirement of theβ26 mm hole located in the middle and the large end face,which is difficult to guarantee after honing.In view of this problem,the quality study of high-precision hole honing of thin-walled part was carried out.Based on the three aspects of man,machine and law,the influencing factors of the problem were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.By adding two auxiliary copper pad fixtures,the perpendicularity accuracy of theΦ26 mm hole and the large end face after honing is effectively and stably guaranteed.
