摘 要:神经保护在外科手术中具有重要意义,与围手术期安全性及生理功能密切相关。以吲哚菁绿(ICG)为代表的近红外荧光示踪剂已广泛应用于临床。既往研究多围绕ICG的肿瘤成像与淋巴示踪功能,本文将回顾ICG在导航外科领域的应用历程,梳理ICG在术中神经显影与保护方面的临床证据,侧重于总结ICG神经显影的原理、给药方式及观察窗,展望ICG衍生类新型示踪剂、ICG近红外Ⅱ区(NIR-Ⅱ)成像等临床应用前景。Neuroprotection plays an important role in surgery and is closely related to perioperative safety and physiological function.Indocyanine green(ICG)as the representative of near infrared fluorescence tracer has been widely used in clinic.Previous studies mainly focus on the tumor imaging and lymphatic tracer function of ICG.This paper reviews the application history of ICG in the field of navigation surgery,reviews the clinical evidence of ICG in intraoperative nerve development and protection,and focuses on summarizing the principle,administration mode and observation window of ICG nerve development.The prospects of clinical application of new tracers derived from ICG and ICG near infrared II imaging are prospected.
