摘　　要：通过分析刮板输送机传动过程及张力变化情况,利用仿真模拟技术对刮板输送机驱动链轮与牵引链之间的啮合特性及牵引链张力变化情况进行分析,并通过现场实验进行验证,得出了一些刮板输送机运行动态规律,为刮板输送机后续结构优化及工况监测提供重要依据。By analyzing the scraper conveyor drive process and tension changes,using simulation technology to analyze the meshing characteristics between the scraper drive sprocket and the hauling chain and the hauling chain tension changes,and verifying through field experiments,some scraper conveyor operation dynamic laws are derived,which provide an important basis for the subsequent structure optimization and working condition monitoring of the scraper.
