摘 要:为解决皮带输送机以传统异步电机为主,配套液力偶合器和减速器驱动方式存在的效率低、能耗低以及维护量大的问题,在对永磁同步电机与异步电机驱动方式对比的基础上,提出采用永磁同步电机+永磁直驱辊组合的驱动方式,并完成了永磁直驱辊的设计和装配步骤设计,并对永磁直驱辊的输出转矩的平稳性进行验证,表明该设计的驱动方式可实现对皮带输送机的平稳驱动。In order to solve the problems of low eficiency,low energy consumption and high maintenance of the traditional asynchronous motor-based belt conveyor with supporting hydraulic coupling and reducer driving method,based on the comparison of permanent magnet synchronous motor and asynchronous motor driving method,the driving method of permanent magnet synchronous motor+permanent magnet direct drive roller combination is proposed,and the design and assembly steps of the permanent magnet direct drive roller are completed;finally,the smoothness of the output torque of the permanent magnet direct drive roller is verified.Finally,the smoothness of the output torque of the PMD roller is verified,and it is concluded that the smooth drive of the belt conveyor can be achieved.
