摘  要:空心曲轴是汽车发动机中的关键零件,其制造质量直接影响汽车发动机的寿命,以发动机空心曲轴为研究对象,设计出空心曲轴的制造工艺并制定出合理的工艺路线,将采用铸造模拟软件对铸件过程中流场、温度场进行模拟,并对铸造过程中产生的缺陷(缩孔缩松缺陷)进行预测,从而对铸造过程所涉及的工艺参数工艺方案等作出评价和优化,达到降低铸造废品率,节省材料和劳动力,最大可能降低成本,缩短空心曲轴工艺设计定型周期。The hllow crankshaft is a key component in the automobile engine,and its manufacturing quality directly affects the life of the automobile engine,on the basis of the analysis of its casting process,the manufacturing process of the hollow crankshaf is designed and a reasonable process route is formulated,the casting simulation software will be used to simulate the flow field and temperature field in the casting process,and the defects generated in the casting process(sshrinkage and shrinkage)are predicted,so that the process parameters involved in the casting process process The casting simulation software will be used to simulate the flow and temperature fields in the casting process and to predict the defects(shrinkage and loosening)in the casting process,so as to evaluate and optimize the process parameters involved in the casting process,to reduce the casting reject rate,to save material and labour,to reduce the cost to the maximum extent possible and to shorten the design and shaping cycle of the hollow crankshaft process.
