摘  要:刮板输送机在矿山作业输送系统中的作用至关重要,目前在更换刮板时存在效率低下、作业人员工作强度高、受环境危害大等问题。为提高刮板输送机沉头螺母拆装效率,降低人员作业强度,提出刮板内沉头螺母需频繁拆装的原因,并对现有井下沉头螺母紧固装置风动扳手的套管进行优化,将风动扳手的套管头部进行了切割,使其头部带有锯齿状,以直接将孔中堵塞的煤泥清除,省去工人掏煤泥的工序,提高工作效率,并进行了实际应用。The role of the scraper conveyor in the conveying system of the mine operation is very important.At present,there are problems such as low efficiency when replacing the scraper,high work intensity of the operators,and great environmental damage.In order to improve the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the countersunk head nut of the scraper conveyor and reduce the working intensity of personnel,this paper proposes the reasons why the countersunk head nut in the scraper needs to be disassembled and assembled frequently,and the casing of the pneumatic wrench of the existing underground nut fastening device is analyzed.For optimization,the casing head of the pneumatic wrench is cut,so that the head is serrated,so that the clogged slime in the hole can be directly removed,the process of digging the slime is saved,and the work effciency is improved.and practical application.
