摘  要:针对定向钻机在钻探过程中易产生大量污水,而这些污水夹带的煤泥量较大,时常会出现淤堵大巷水沟及井底水仓的问题,为定向钻机设计了一种循环用水系统,该系统引用全自动反冲洗清水过滤站的方法,通过综合应用过滤装置、水箱、排水泵以及操控系统,实现了打钻污水的成功循环再利用,降低了钻探成本,促进了定向钻机的节能降耗,取得了较好的经济效益,具有一定的推广应用价值。Aiming at the problem that directional drlling rigs tend to produce a large amount of sewage in the drilling process,and the amount of coal mud entrained in this sewage is large,which often blocks the ditch of the alley and the water bin at the bottom of the shaft,a circulating water system is designed for directional driling rigs,by using the method of fully automatic backwashing clear water filtration station,through the integrated application of filtration devices,water tanks,drainage pumps and control systems,the successful recycling of drilling sewage is achieved.The system has achieved good economic benefits and has certain popularization value,as it reduces drilling costs and promotes energy saving and consumption reduction of directional drilling rigs.
