摘  要:以某煤矿原煤运输设备为研究对象,以带式输送机多电机运作过程是否稳定作为研究基础,检查带式输送机多电机在工作时突发的启动加速度和速度曲线的假设、多电机驱动的功率平衡和带式输送机的综合维护等问题,设计多电机协调控制系统。实践应用表明,该系统能满足设计需求。With a coal mine raw coal transportation equipment as the research target,it is possible to examine various problems that occur suddenly during the operation of the belt conveyor multi-motor from whether the operation process of the belt conveyor multi-motor is stable as a study:the assumption of the starting acceleration and speed profile,the power balance of the multi-motor drive and the comprehensive maintenance of the belt conveyor.A multi-motor coordinated control system was designed.The practical application shows that the system meets the design requirements.
