摘　　要：为提高刮板输送机工作效率并降低断链故障影响,提出一种断链监测系统。该监测系统通过机头、机尾布置的偏移传感器实现断链监测,采用断链点定位传感器确定断链点位置,传感器监测参数传输至控制器及上位机并通过内置程序分析,实现断链故障预警。将断链监测系统进行现场应用后,可明显缩短采掘作业面刮板输送机断链故障排查时间,减少维护人员数量,对提升刮板输送机及采掘作业效率均有显著促进意义。In order to improve the efficiency of the scraper conveyor and reduce the impact of chain breakage,a chain breakage monitoring system is proposed,which realizes chain breakage monitoring through offset sensors arranged at the head and tail of the machine,uses chain breakage point positioning sensors to determine the location of the chain breakage point,and transmits the sensor monitoring parameters to the controler and the host computer and analyzes them through the built-in program to realize chain breakage fault warning.After the chain breakage monitoring system is applied on site,it can significantly shorten the chain breakage troubleshooting time of the scraper conveyor in the mining operation,reduce the number of maintenance personnel,and significantly promote the efficiency of the scraper conveyor and mining operation.
