摘  要:由于采煤机盘式液压制动器制动盘磨损量和摩擦片温度无法精准检测、获取,导致一系列安全或者浪费的问题,在对盘式液压制动器概述的基础上,重点针对位移和温度的检测需求,确定了检测方案的核心处理器,完成了位移传感器的选型、安装和标定等工作,拟通过单片机自带的温度模块实现对摩擦片温度的检测功能,为保证采煤的安全运行奠定基础。As the wear amount of the brake disc and the temperature of the friction pad of the disc hydraulic brake of the coal mining machine cannot be accurately detected and obtained,leading to a series of safety or waste problems,on the basis of a brief overview of the disc hydraulic brake,focusing on the detection needs of displacement and temperature,the core processor of the detection scheme is determined,the selection,installation and calibration of the displacement sensor are completed,and it is proposed to realize the detection function of the friction pad temperature through the single-chip computer with its own It is proposed that the temperature detection function of the friction plate can be realized through the temperature module of the microcontroller,so as to lay the foundation for ensuring the safe operation of coal mining.
