摘　　要：针对传统皮带机张紧装置存在的张紧力控制效率较低,难以消除冲击载荷对设备的破坏等问题,设计了一种长距离带式输送机液压自动张紧装置,介绍了该装置的结构,从该装置的控制流程、控制原理以及系统工作过程等多方面详细阐述了该装置的工作原理,并总结了该装置具有的主要应用优势,以达到有助人们进一步了解该装置,进而更好地推广应用该装置的目的。In view of the low rate of tension control of the traditional belt tensioner,which is difficult to eliminate the impact load damage to the equipment and other defects,a long-distance belt tensioner hydraulic automatic tensioning device is designed,the structure of the device is introduced,and the working principle of the device is described in detail from the control process,control principle and system working process of the device,The main application advantages of the device are summarized in order to help people further understand the device and better promote the application of the device.
