摘　　要：通过对胶带输送机长距离输送过程中的多电机驱动方式下胶带跑偏、打滑故障原因进行分析,提出了基于PID模糊控制技术下的智能化调速系统。该系统可以实现在驱动电机变频器转矩出现偏差情况下进行自适应调节,确保了胶带输送机运行过程的安全可靠。By analyzing the causes of tape runout and slippage in the multi-motor drive mode during the long-distance transport of the tape conveyor,an intelligent speed control system for the tape conveyor based on PID fuzzy control technology is proposed,which can realize adaptive adjustment in case of deviation of the drive motor inverter torque and ensure the safety and reliability of the tape conveyor operation process.
