沥青混合料搅拌设备除尘装置故障及处理方案研究

摘　　要：针对LB4000型间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备除尘装置运行过程中存在的故障问题进行分析,并在对故障发生原因的基础上提出了故障处理方案及措施。经验证,表明所提出的故障处理方案及措施能有效地保证除尘装置燃烧系统燃烧的稳定性,保持干燥加热系统及拌和楼的微负压,沥青混合料搅拌设备尾气排放符合环保标准。The failure problems of LB4000 intermittent asphalt mixing plant de-dusting unit were analysed and the fault handling plan and measures were proposed on the basis of the causes of the failures.The results show that the troubleshooting solutions and measures can effectively ensure the stability of the combustion system of the de-dusting device,maintain the micro-negative pressure of the drying heating system and the mixing building,and the exhaust gas emission of the asphalt mixing plant meets the environmental protection standards.
