摘 要:针对义棠煤业020711回采巷道出现的煤帮极松软破碎、高瓦斯聚集及顶板失稳等问题,采用围岩预应力锚杆注浆联合加固技术,将预应力锚杆和自应力注浆新材料技术结合起来有效地控制巷道围岩变形。通过现场监测发现,预应力锚杆对极松软煤层巷道围岩的加固效果更显著,同时,采用巷道钻孔电视对采用预应力锚杆支护前后的效果进行了图形对比,发现自应力注浆材料很好地填充了煤帮本身的裂隙,增加了煤帮的整体性和密实度,以及预应力锚杆的联合支护增强了煤帮的承载性能。In response to the problems of extremely soft and fragmented coal gang,high gas concentration and top plate instability in the 020711 back mining roadway of Yitang Coal Industry,the joint reinforcement technology of pre-stressing anchor injection of surrounding rock was adopted,combining pre-stressing anchor and new material technology of self-stressing grouting to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the roadway.It was found that the prestressed anchor was more effective in reinforcing the surrounding rock of the very soft coal seam roadway through on-site monitoring.Meanwhile,a graphical comparison of the effect before and after the use of prestressed anchor was carried out using roadway drlling TV,and it was found that the self-stressing grouting material flled the cracks of the coal gang itself well,increased the integrity and compactness of the coal gang,and the joint support with prestressed anchor enhanced the bearing performance of the coal gang.
