摘  要:为解决厚煤层巷道围岩变形大的问题,利用数值模拟软件对支护参数进行研究,发现随着锚杆预紧力逐步增大,此时预紧力在围岩中的扩散应力场呈现逐步增大的趋势,当锚杆的长度小于2.2 m时,此时的锚杆锚固段及自由段能够形成较为连续的压力场。同时对锚杆间排距影响进行分析,发现当间排距合适时,此时锚杆间压应力场叠加,同时压应力强度也有所增大;随着锚杆间排距的加大,此时锚杆间压应力叠加区域面积减小,支护效果减弱。根据模拟结果给出设计方案,对支护方案进行应用研究,发现支护方案下巷道的变形量得到有效的控制,为矿井安全生产提供参考。In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock in thick coal seam roadway,numerical simulation software was used to study the support parameters,and it was found that as the anchor preload force gradually increased,the diffusion stress field of the preload force in the surrounding rock showed a gradually increasing trend,and when the length of the anchor rod was less than 2.2m,the anchor rod anchorage section and the free end could form a more continuous pressure field.It was found that when the inter-row distance was suitable,the superposition of compressive stress field between the anchors and the compressive stress strength also increased,and as the inter-row distance increased,the superposition area of compressive stress between the anchors decreased and the support effect weakened.According to the simulation results,the design scheme is given,and the application study of the support scheme is carried out,and it is found that the deformation of the roadway under the support scheme is effectively controlled,which provides reference for the safe production of the mine.
