大断面岩巷快速掘进分析

摘　　要：6200轨道下山在6号煤层底板砂岩中并采用炮掘方式掘进,受到砂岩坚硬因素影响,巷道掘进速度较慢,平均进尺仅为60 m/月。对影响巷道快速掘进的施工组织、爆破以及设备问题进行分析,提出采用侧卸式装岩机、设置矸石仓等方式提高矸石外运效率,解决迎头堆积矸石影响掘进问题;优化施工组织以及锚杆钻孔施工方式,提高迎头炮眼爆岩效率并缩小围岩支护耗时。经现场应用后,巷道日掘进进尺平均超过3.0 m,月进尺可达到90 m,在一定程度上提升了岩巷掘进效率。The 6200 track downhill is dug in the sandstone at the bottom of the No.6 coal seam and is dug by artillery,which is influenced by the hardness of the sandstone.The construction organisation,blasting and equipment problems affecting the fast roadway excavation were analysed,and it was proposed to use side discharge rock loader and set up gangue silo to improve the efficiency of gangue transportation and solve the problem of gangue piling up on the headway.After application on site,the average daily progress of the roadway is more than 3.0 m,and the monthly progress can reach 90 m.To a certain extent,the efficiency of rock tunneling is improved.
