摘 要:为提高不稳定围岩掘进巷道支护效果,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿9104运输顺槽为研究对象,针对9104运输顺槽上覆3号煤层采空区淋水严重影响巷道正常掘进支护的问题,提出了可采用“注浆+锚索架棚”的新型联合支护方案。实际应用结果表明:应用该支护方案后,可有效加固围岩,通过注浆可使顶岩单轴抗压强度提高到45.5MPa,顶板支护失效率控制在3%以下;通过给不稳定围岩架设锚索棚来增强顶板抗压能力,顶板最大下沉量控制在0.16 m以内,两帮最大收敛量低于0.23 m,取得了较好的支护效果,可为类似工况下的不稳定围岩巷道支护提供参考。In order to improve the support effect of unstable surrounding rock tunneling roadway,taking the overview of 9104 transport chute tunneling roadway as an example,the problem that the normal tunneling support of the roadway is seriously affected by water drenching in the overlying No.3 coal seam of 9104 transport chute,a new joint support scheme of"grouting+anchor cable The new joint support scheme of"grouting+anchor cable"was proposed.The practical application results show that the support scheme can effectively reinforce the surrounding rock,the uniaxial compressive strength of the roof rock can be increased to 45.5 MPa through grouting,and the failure rate of the roof support can be controlled below 3%;the maximum sinkage of the roof can be controlled within 0.16 m,and the maximum convergence of the two gangs is below 0.23 m,which has achieved better support.It can provide reference for the support of unstable surrounding rock roadway under similar working conditions.
