摘 要:针对山西某矿3506运输巷掘进过程中会揭露F1断层破碎带,巷道在破碎带内掘进时面临冒顶、片帮等问题,严重制约巷道掘进效率,并存在较大安全风险。采用工程类比法,提出采用超前注浆(浆液为波雷因)、联合支护(锚网索+工字钢+W钢带+水泥背板)组合方式控制破碎带岩体,并进行工程应用。结果表明,采用此方法围岩支护效果显著。In the process of 3506 haulage lane excavation,the F1 fault fracture zone will be revealed,and the lane will face problems such as roofing and flaky gang when excavating in the fracture zone,which seriously restricts the efficiency of lane excavation and poses large safety risks.Using the engineering analogy method and based on the geological conditions of 3506 haulage lane,the combination of overfll slurry(slurry is borein)and combined support(anchor mesh cable+I-beam+W-strap+cement backing plate)is proposed to control the rock body of the fracture zone,and is applied in engineering.The results show that the surrounding rock support effect was remarkable.
