新忽热古城与汉受降城及唐燕然都护府治所关系辨  

Analysis of the Relationship between Xinhure Ancient Town,Shouxiang Town of the Han Dynasty and Yanran Duhufu of the Tang Dynasty

摘　　要：从文献记载的汉唐经营北疆之进程与边疆形势、防御格局、交通走向等考察,新忽热古城与汉受降城及唐初燕然都护府的治所位置均吻合。唐宋有关史书保留有汉受降城的相关信息,反映的正是汉匈和亲的历史。唐代燕然都护府从设置之初管控的就是回纥等铁勒诸部,至龙朔三年,为了管辖更加直接与有效,燕然都护府北迁漠北,至此其于漠南今新忽热古城存在了16年之久。至天宝八载设立横塞军,是为随后迁回旧址的安北都护府配设的镇军,此后古城又作为安北都护府的治城被使用了5年时间。古城几经兴废,其为我国汉唐经营漠北的历史见证,在我国疆域史上占有非常重要的地位。By reviewing the process of the Han and Tang dynasties’managing of northern frontier,as well as the frontier situation,the defense pattern,and the direction of traffic,etc,recorded in the literature,the location of Shouxiang Town of the Han Dynasty and Yanran Duhufu in the early Tang Dynasty coincides with the Xinhure Ancient Town.The relevant historical records of the Tang and Song dynasties retained relevant information about Shouxiang Town of the Han Dynasty,reflecting the history of the policy of cementing friendly relations through political marriages between the Han dynasty and Huns.From the beginning of the establishment of the Tang Dynasty,the Yanran Duhufu controlled the Tiele tribes such as Uyghur.In the third year of Longshuo,in order to be more direct and effective,the Yanran Duhufu moved to the north of desert.So far,it had existed for 16 years in the south of desert—location is Xinhure Ancient Town today.In the eighth year of Tianbao,the Hengsai Army was set up as a town army for the Anbei Duhufu which later moved back to the former site.Since then,the ancient city had been used as the governing city of Anbei Duhufu for five years.The ancient Town had gone through prosperity and abandonment several times.It is the historical witness of the management of Mobei in the Han and Tang Dynasties,and had played a very important role in the history of China’s territory.
