摘  要:目的探讨移植日血清孕酮(P)水平对冻融胚胎移植(FET)妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月在临沂市妇幼保健院生殖医学科行激素替代周期(HRT)准备内膜的286个解冻移植周期。根据移植日P水平进行分组,P<10 ng/ml组106例和P≥10 ng/ml组180例。比较两组的妊娠结局。结果两组患者的种植率、临床妊娠率及早期流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P<10 ng/ml组的活产率低于P≥10 ng/ml组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HRT-FET周期中,移植日血清P水平对FET后胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率无明显影响,对活产率有一定的影响。Objective To explore the effect of serum progesterone(P)level on the day of transfer on pregnancy outcome of frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET).Methods The 286 thawed embryo transfer cycles of hormone replacement cycle(HRT)prepared endometrium in the Department of Reproductive Medicine,Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The subjects were grouped according to their P levels on the day of transfer,with 106 cases in the P<10 ng/ml group and 180 cases in the P≥10 ng/ml group.The pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early miscarriage rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The live birth rate in the P<10 ng/ml group was lower than that in the P≥10 ng/ml group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the HRT-FET cycle,serum P level on the day of transfer has no significant effect on embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early miscarriage rate after FET,and has some effect on live birth rate.
