摘　　要：目的探究居家护理联合群组化管理对产褥期母婴保健质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年3月于海口市妇幼保健院分娩的200例产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组接受常规产科出院管理,观察组接受居家护理联合群组化管理,比较两组的自我护理能力、母乳喂养率、母婴并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果观察组的产褥期自我护理能力和生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的乳头皲裂和破溃、便秘发生率低于对照组,婴儿脐带炎症、腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论居家护理联合群组化管理可有效提高产妇的自我护理能力及母乳喂养率,降低产褥期母婴并发症发生率,改善母婴生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of home nursing combined with group management on maternal and infant health care quality in puerperium.Methods A total of 200 parturients who gave birth in Haikou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)by random number table method.The control group was given routine obstetrical discharge management,while the observation group was given home nursing combined with group management.The self-care ability,breastfeeding rate,maternal and infant complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal nipple chapped and ruptured,constipation in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the incidence of infant umbilical cord inflammation and diarrhea was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Home nursing combined with group management can effectively improve the self-care ability and breastfeeding rate of puerpera,reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications during the puerperium,and improve the quality of life of mother and infant.
