早期母婴皮肤接触对新生儿体温和母乳喂养的影响

摘　　要：目的分析早期母婴皮肤接触的应用价值。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月德州市德城区妇幼保健院436例足月新生儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(218例)、对照组(218例)。对照组采取常规新生儿护理措施,观察组则在对照组基础上加入早期母婴皮肤接触。比较两组新生儿在不同时间点(出生3、6、12、24 h)腋窝温度的差异,记录两组新生儿出生24 h内哭闹频率与持续时间,随访30 d观察两组新生儿的母乳喂养情况。结果观察组新生儿出生3、6、12、24 h腋窝温度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生24 h内哭闹频率与持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结果显示,观察组新生儿出生30 d内纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期母婴皮肤接触的应用,有助于改善新生儿的体温,减少哭闹频率与持续时间,提高纯母乳喂养率,可推广使用。Objective To analyze the application value of early maternal and infant skin contact.Methods A total of 436 full-term newborns from December 2021 to December 2022 in Dezhou Decheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into observation group(218 cases)and control group(218 cases)according to random number table method.The control group took routine neonatal nursing measures,and the observation group added early maternal and infant skin contact on the basis of the control group.The difference of axillary temperature between the two groups at different time points(3,6,12,24 h of birth)was compared,and the crying frequency and duration between the two groups within 24 h were recorded.The breastfeeding between the two groups was observed at 30 days of follow-up.Results Axillary temperature at 3,6,12 and 24 h of birth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of crying in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up results showed that the rate of exclusive breastfeeding within 30 days of birth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early maternal and infant skin contact is helpful to improve neonatal body temperature,reduce the frequency and duration of crying,and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,which can be widely used.
