摘  要:根据2017年《国务院办公厅关于建立现代医院管理制度的指导意见》,建立现代医院管理制度、实现医院精细化管理被提上议事日程。建立一套相对成熟的制度体系是实现医院精细化管理的关键。妇幼专科医院属于医疗系统中尤为特殊的一类,其服务对象妇女儿童的健康是国家关注的重点。妇幼专科医院管理制度仍存在亟待解决的问题,需从建立章程、明确编制流程、形成稳定的监督和修订机制、以问题为导向四个主要方面着手整改。不断完善医院管理制度,以推动医院的精细化管理。According to Guideline of the General Office of the State Council on the Establishment of a Modern Hospital management System in 2017,the establishment of a modern hospital management system and the realization of hospital delicacy management have been put on the agenda.The establishment of a relatively mature system is the key to realize hospital delicacy management.Maternity and child hospital belongs to a special category in the medical system,serving women and children whose health is a priority of the state.There are still some problems to be solved in the management system of maternity and child hospital,which need to be rectified from four main aspects:establishing regulations,clarifying the process of authorized strength,forming a stable supervision and revision mechanism,and being problem-oriented.Constantly improve the hospital management system to promote the hospital’s delicacy management.
