摘  要:为了研究连退工艺对低合金高强钢HC420LA力学性能及组织的影响,对HC420LA进行了模拟试验,采用连续退火模拟试验机模拟连退生产工艺,研究了不同均热温度、快冷开始温度、过时效温度、冷速对低合金高强钢HC420LA力学性能及金相组织的影响,获得了不同强度及金相组织要求的试验钢,然后用在实际生产中。HC420LA steel was tested by simulated test under continuous annealing condition in order to study the influence of heat treatment processes on the mechanical properties of high strength low alloy steel.Using the continuous annealing simulator to simulate the continuous annealing process,the changes of the mechanical properties and structure of high strength low alloy steel HC420LA under different soaking temperatures and rapid temperatures and over aging temperatures and cooling rates were studied,experimental steels with different strength and metallographic structure requirements were obtained,and the experience has been used in the actual production.
