摘　　要：介绍了新钢高品质汽车滤清用钢研究和生产试制情况。通过成分优化创新设计和冶炼连铸、轧制及连退等关键制造技术研究,获得了规格更薄、强度更高、组织性能均匀冲压不开裂、无制耳的滤清器用钢,形成了一套适合新钢生产装备特点的滤清器用钢制造技术。实物质量检验表明,产品性能:屈服强度200~260 MPa,抗拉强度在320~380 MPa,延伸率A_(50)≥42%,维氏硬度92~106,各向异性指数Δr≤0.3,各项指标均满足用户要求,产品已经推广应用到曼胡默尔等知名滤清器制造商。The research and production trial production of high-quality automotive filtration steel at Xinsteel was described.Through composition optimization and innovative design and research on key manufacturing technologies such as smelting,continuous casting,rolling,and continuous retreat,steel for filters has been obtained with thinner thickness,higher strength,uniform structure and performance,no cracking during punching,and no earing,consisted of a set of manufacturing technology of steel for filters suitable for the characteristics of production equipment at Xinsteel.Physical quality inspection shows that the yield strength is 200~260 MPa,the tensile strength is 320~380 MPa,the elongation A_(50)≥42%,Vickers hardness 92 to 106,anisotropy indexΔr≤0.3,all indicators meet the requirements of users,and the products have been promoted and applied to well-known filter manufacturers such as MANN+HUMMEL.
