摘  要:选用42份各组分有梯度的粗锌粉样品,按照YBT 4604-2018测定锌含量,其它元素只能参照锌矿等国家标准方法定值后作为曲线用的参考标准物质。采用分段压样和脱膜技术制备样品,在X射线荧光光谱仪上建立了同时测定粗锌粉中硅、钙、镁、铝、铁、钾、钠、铅、锌、氯、硫、磷12个组分含量的快速检测方法。对粗锌粉样品进行精密度考察,12种组分测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)在0.36%~5.31%。采用实验方法对粗锌粉样品中各组分进行测定,所得结果和国家标准方法测得值一致。方法能够满足转底炉生产对粗锌粉的检测要求。The content of zinc in forty-two samples of zinc powder was determined by YBT 4604-2018.The other elements could only be used as reference materials for the curve.The samples were prepared by means of subsection sample pressing and delaminating,a rapid method for simultaneous determination of silicon,calcium,magnesium,aluminum,iron,potassium,sodium,lead,zinc,chlorine,sulfur and phosphorus in crude zinc powder was established by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The relative standard deviation(RSD,N=10)of 12 components was between 0.360%and 5.310%.The components in crude zinc powder samples were determined by experimental method,and the results were in agreement with those obtained by wet method.The method can meet the requirement of detection of crude zinc powder in rotary hearth furnace.
