摘  要:非接触式静电电压测量仪广泛应用于静电测试。为确保其量值的溯源性,提高校准效率与安全系数,本文设计了一款远程校准装置。该装置采用两台伺服电机精确控制被校静电表的空间位置,可依据规程开展基本误差与短期稳定性实验,具有远程控制与数据记录功能。不确定度评定结果表明,该校准装置可满足非接触式静电电压测量仪的量值溯源要求。Non-contact electrostatic voltage measuring instrument is widely used in electrostatic measurement.In order to ensure the traceability of its value and improve the efficiency and safety factor of calibration,a remote calibration device is designed in this paper.The device uses two servo motors to precisely control the space position of the calibrated meter.It can carry out the basic error and short-term stability experiments according to the regulations.It has the functions of remote control and data recording.The uncertainty evaluation results show that the calibration device can meet the traceability requirements of non-contact electrostatic voltage measuring instrument.
