摘　　要：涤纶/阳离子改性涤纶混纺面料采用分散染料、阳离子染料一浴法染色,不仅染色时间短、水电蒸汽用量少,且布面不易起毛起球、颜色稳定,但此工艺存在的最大问题是阴阳离子容易产生反应,染料凝聚沉淀,布面易产生色点色花。探讨染色过程中影响一浴法染色效果的各种因素。Polyester/cationic modified polyester blended fabric is dyed by the one-bath process with dispersion dyes and cationic dyes,which not only have a short dyeing time,low consumption of water,electricity and steam,but also are resistant to fuzz and pilling on the cloth surface and have stable color.However,the biggest problem of this process is that anions and cations react rapidly,and the dyes tend to agglomerate and precipitate,resulting in color spots and condensation on the cloth cover.Various factors affecting the dyeing effect of one-bath method in the dyeing process were discussed.
