外径千分尺示值误差测量结果的不确定度评定

摘　　要：本文选用四等量块对测量范围为0~25 mm,分度值为0.01 mm的千分尺进行测量,得到千分尺的示值误差,在千分尺检定规程上查表得知,0~25 mm外径千分尺的最大允许误差为±4μm,即此千分尺示值误差≤±4μm,在此基础上对外径千分尺示值误差进行不确定度的分析与评定。In this paper,four equal measuring blocks are selected to measure the micrometer with a measuring range of 0~25 mm and a graduation value of 0.01 mm,and the indication error of the micrometer is obtained.According to the table on the micrometer verification regulation,the maximum allowable error of the 0~25 mm outside micrometer is±4μm.Namely,the indication error of the micrometer is≤±4μm.On this basis,the uncertainty of the indication error of the external diameter micrometer is analyzed and evaluated.
