摘  要:京唐3号高炉配置4座长寿新型顶燃式热风炉,其主要的技术改进有:优化管道设计,降低钢壳应力水平;热风管道采用新型砌筑火泥和“梨形”砌筑技术,提高热风管道砌筑结构的稳定性;采用20mm孔径格子砖和新型不锈钢板式换热器;采用控制晶间应力腐蚀技术、“独立混风”技术及“外均压”技术;全面升级热风炉自动化控制系统。3号高炉投产后,热风炉运行稳定,平均吨铁煤气消耗量比1号高炉低5.2%。Shougang Jingtang No.3 BF is equipped with 4 new type long campaign top combustion hot stoves,and main technical improvements achieved in the stoves are as follows:(1)Optimized design of the pipes and stress reduction of the steel shell;(2)Adoption of novel masonry fire clay and"pear-shaped"masonry technology in hot blast pipe,which can improve the stability of the masonry Structure of the hot blast pipeline;(3)Installation of Ф20 mm checker bricks and new type of stainless steel plate heat exchangers;(4)Application of intergranular stress corrosion control technology,"independent air mixing"technology and"external pressure equalization"technology;(5)Comprehensive upgrade of automation control system of hot stove.After No.3 BF putting into operation,the hot blast stoves run stably,and the average gas consumption per ton of hot metal is 5.2%lower than that of the No.1 BF.
