摘　　要：对德信1780m^(3)高炉经济冶炼措施进行了阐述,重点开发使用低价本地资源及非主流矿,优化配煤、配矿和工艺参数,为高炉提供稳定、合格的原燃料。同时,通过采取优化炉料结构和装料制度、控制有害元素入炉量,加强槽下筛分管理,合理控制炉渣镁铝比,喷煤配加10%兰炭粉等措施,实现了降本降耗。高炉技术经济指标大幅度改善,高炉经济冶炼取得了一定成效。2022年3月,高炉利用系数3.44t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比523kg/t,煤比158kg/t,煤气利用率46.5%。The cost-efficient smelting measures taken for 1780m'BF of PT.Dexin Steel Indonesia are expounded,especially the exploration and utilization of local low-cost resources and non-mainstream ore,optimization of coal blending,ore blending and process parameters,and use of stable and qualified raw materials and fuel.In addition,the furnace also underwent other improvements,such as optimization of the burden mix and charging system,minimization of the harmful elements entering the furnace,enhancement of under-hin screening management,control of slag magnesium-aluminum ratio,and mixing of 10%pulverized blue coke into the pulverized coal to be injected.As the result,both the production cost and energy consumption are reduced,and the BF techno-economic indicators improves greatly,signifying an positive effect of the economic smelting.In March 2022,the furnace productivity realized 3.44t/(m^(3)•d)with 523 kg/t fuel rate,158kg/t coal rate,and 46.5%gas utilization rate.
