摘　　要：对广钢2号高炉开炉操作实践进行了总结。开炉前制定周密的准备方案,选择合适的全炉焦比,准确测量料流轨迹及料面形状。点火送风后合理操作,通过采取快速加风,放开两道气流布料、准确计算渣铁生成量及确定开铁口时间等措施,确保了2号高炉安全顺利开炉,并在较短时间内达产。开炉仅4天,日产量突破10000t/d;开炉首月,利用系数2.27t/(m^(3)·d),焦比(含焦丁)392.6kg/t,煤比140.4kg/t。The blow-on operation practice of Cuunggang No.2 BF is summarized.Before blow-on,a delicacy blow-on oper­ation program is prepared,which includes preheating the furnace at the speed baaed on the specified preheating curve,selec­ting the appropriate overall coke rate,and measuring the stock flow trajectory and stockline shape accurately.After ignition and blasting,some efficient operation actions are made,such as speeding up blasting,distributing the stocks without control­ling the central and edge gas flow,accurately calculating both the slag and iron amount,and the taphole drilling time.The furnace is blown on smoothly and fulfills the target output in a short time;the daily output exceeds lOOOOt/d only 4days after blow-on,and the productivity,the rate of coke(including coke nut)and the coal rale achieve 2.27 t/(m^(3)•d),392.6kg/t.140.4kg/t respectively in the first month after blow-on.
