摘　　要：对德龙2号高炉开炉经验进行了总结。高炉烘炉采用“高压检漏,低温大风”,且烘炉与检漏交叉进行,节约了开炉时间;采用枕木与焦炭混装方案,确保了开炉顺利。充分利用德龙自有专利技术的铁口风氧枪管,实现通氮保护装料及通氧点火助燃,并在第一次出铁时起导流作用,实现安全顺利出铁。高炉点火送风后,1h44min引煤气,10h出第一次铁,11h喷煤,12.5h富氧,24h铁水[Si]控制在0.60%-1.00%,2.5天达产。The blow-on experience of Delong Steel No.2 BF is summarized.The blow-on operation starts from furnace preheating which is carried out based the scheme of"HP leakage test intensified blasting at low temperature".Parallel implementation of furnace preheating and leakage test makes blow-on process shortened;and the scheme of"mixed charge of sleeper and coke"ensures smooth blow-on operation of the furnace.The patented oxygen lance independently developed by Delong Steel makes the furnace realize charging under nitrogen protection,and furnace ignition by oxygen supply through the taphole.and it also functions for guiding the HM flow for smooth tapping of the first heat.After ignition and blasting,the gas is led to the gas cleaning system in 1h and 44min,the first heal of HM is tapped in 10h,coal injection starts in 11 h,oxygen enrichment starts in 12.5h,[Si]content in HM is controlled to O.60%-1.00%in 24h.and the designed output is reached in 2.5 days.
