摘　　要：对高压差操作的技术条件和压差控制进行初步探讨。高炉高压差操作生产实践表明,在高炉可接受的前提下,提高压差可以增加风量、提高产铁量。认为高炉采用高压差操作必须具备相关条件:①高炉炉身无结厚且炉型均匀;②具备较高的风速及较大的鼓风动能、且必须与合适的上部装料制度相配合;③相对较重的焦炭负荷。同时,压差控制应考虑热风管路压损的影响、定风压换炉及定风量操作的特点。The technical data of some blast furnaces operated under differential pressure are analyzed and compared.The produetion practice of BF under high differential pressure proves that increasing the BF differential pressure to the extent acceptable by the furnace can increase blast rate and HM output.It is believed that following requirements must be met before operating the furnace under the high differential pressure;(1)No wall accretion occurs at BF stack and the furnace operating profile is stable;(2)The furnace is operating with high blasting speed and high blast kinetic energy in conjunction with adequate charging system;(3)The coke load is higher.Furthermore,the differential pressure control shall foresee the influence of pressure loss in hot blast pipeline,the peculiarity of hot stoves switchover operation under constant blast pressure,and BF operation with constant blast rale.
