摘  要:随着高炉大型化、高效化的不断发展,传统由小块耐火砖.隔热砖砌筑的主沟永久层难以满足生产需求。在分析主沟永久层功能的基础上,阐述了大型高炉贮铁式主沟大块耐火制品永久层的技术特征及应用案例,某高炉4条主沟均采用新型主沟永久层,投产后在各运行周期均未出现异常膨胀、渣铁渗漏,空气窜漏、钢壳温度超限等现象。主沟永久层进一步深化开发的建议是,采用冷却型大块耐火制品构筑贮铁式主沟永久层,并建立内衬温度高效监视系统与工作层侵蚀模型。With the development of BFs oriented to large-scale and high-efficiency,the conventional design of the main runner with permanent layer made of small refractory bricks and heat-insulating bricks is difficult to meet the production needs.With function of tin-main runner permanent layer analyzed,the technical characteristics and application cases of the permanent layer made of hulk refractory products practiced in the buffer type main runner of the large-sized BF are expounded;a new type of main runner permanent layer is used for 4 main runners,and no abnormal expansion,no leakage of HM and slag,no air blow-by,and over-limit temperature of steel shell occurred in all operation cycles after startup.For deep development of the main runner permanent layer,it is suggested to use the cooling-type bulk refractory products to build the permanent layer of the buffer type main runner,and establish an efficient monitoring system for the lining temperature,and a working layer erosion model.
