摘  要:简要阐明了HIsmelt熔融还原工艺技术的研究开发历程,结合山东墨龙全球首座HIsmelt连续商业化运行157天的生产实践,从工艺流程、生产装备和操作技术等方面,阐述了HIsmelt熔融还原工艺的技术创新及发展现状,并对生产现状、产品质量和环保排放进行了分析。认为HIsmelt熔融还原工艺取消了烧结、焦化和球团工序,环保优势明显。The R&D history of HIsmelt process technology is briefly introduced,and the innovation and development of the process is expounded from the aspects of process How,production equipment and operation technology in conjunction with the 157 days production practice of Shandong Molong's HIsmelt.the first one that put into commercial operation in the world.In addition,the production status,product quality and environmental friendly emission indicators are analyzed.It is considered that the HIsmelt process makes the sintering,coking and pelletizing process unnecessary.The process has significant edge li­ver others in environmental protection.
