摘  要:为分析对比有氰镀镉和无氰镀镉2种镀镉工艺在耐腐蚀性上的差异,在航空领域中常用的30CrMnSiA合金钢上按2种工艺进行电镀镉,分别介绍了2种工艺的镀液成分、工艺流程和电镀参数。然后进行同种钝化处理之后,采用电化学工作站分析了2种试样在2种不同pH值汗液以及海水中的电化学性能,并利用盐雾试验箱对2种试样进行中性盐雾腐蚀,然后利用光学显微镜以及SEM观察表面微观形貌,并用EDS和XRD分析了腐蚀产物的成分。结果表明:2种试样在碱性溶液中的耐腐蚀性比在酸性溶液中的好,同时无氰镀镉试样耐腐蚀性比有氰镀镉好,盐雾试验结果显示2种试样都未出现白锈和红锈,表明2种工艺都满足耐腐蚀性标准,但有氰镀镉试样的微观形貌发生了腐蚀变化,而无氰镀镉试样的变化很小,说明该无氰镀镉工艺优于该有氰镀镉工艺。In order to analyze and compare the difference in the corrosion resistance of cadmium plating processes with and without cyanide,these two cadmium plating processes were used to treat the 30CrMnSiA alloy steel,which was commonly used in aviation field.The bath composition,process flow and plating parameters of the two processes were introduced respectively.After the same passivation treatment,the electrochemical properties of the two samples in seawater and sweat with different pH were analyzed using electrochemical workstation,and the two samples were subjected to neutral salt spray corrosion in salt spray test chamber.Moreover,the microscopic surface morphology was observed by optical microscope and SEM,and the components of corrosion products were analyzed by EDS and XRD.Results showed that the corrosion resistance of the two samples in alkaline solution was better than that in acidic solution,and the corrosion resistance of the non⁃cyanide cadmium plating sample was better than that of the cyanide cadmium plating sample.The salt spray test results exhibited that white rust and red rust did not appear on the two samples,indicating that the two processes could meet the corrosion resistance standard.However,the micro morphology of the cyanide cadmium plating sample changed obviously,while that of the non⁃cyanide cadmium plating sample only changed a little,signifying that the non⁃cyanide cadmium plating process was better than the cyanide cadmium plating process.
