摘 要:为了研究不同铜表面态对三唑类点击组装膜在电厂循环冷却水中对铜的保护性能的影响,以对甲苯基磺酰叠氮(MA)、丙炔酸(PR)作为组装单元,采用原位点击组装法在不同铜表面态上形成三唑缓蚀膜(CuMA-PR、Cu_(2)O^(MA-PR)、CuO_(MA-PR))。采用电化学方法、腐蚀挂片法、SEM表征及抗菌性能分析评估了三唑缓蚀膜对铜基体的缓蚀性能,同时,考察了Cu_(2)OMA-PR在电厂循环冷却水体系中对铜基体的保护效果。结果表明:Cu_(2)O表面态最有利于三唑缓蚀膜的形成(Cu_(2)OMA-PR),Cu_(2)O^(MA-PR)在21 d内对铜基体具有良好的缓蚀作用和抗菌效果,其在21 d内对铜的平均缓蚀率为85.4%,同时可有效抑制各类微生物菌群的繁殖。In order to investigate the effect of different copper surface state on the protection performance of triazole click⁃assembly film on Cu in circulating cooling water of power plants,the triazole inhibition films(Cu_(MA-PR),Cu_(2)O_(MA-PR),CuO _(MA-PR))were prepared via an in⁃situ click assembling reaction using p⁃toluenesulfonyl azide(MA)and propionic acid(PR)as assembly units on different copper surface state.Corrosion inhibition performance of the triazole inhibition films on copper substrate was evaluated by electrochemical method,corrosion coupon testing,SEM characterization and antibacterial property analysis.At the same time,the protective effect of Cu_(2)O_(MA-PR) on copper substrate in the circulating cooling water system of power plant was investigated.Results showed that Cu_(2)O surface state was the best for the formation of triazole inhibition film(Cu_(2)O_(MA-PR)).The Cu_(2)O_(MA-PR) exhibited an excellent corrosion inhibition and antibacterial property on copper substrate within 21 d.The average inhibition efficiency of Cu_(2)O_(MA-PR) for copper in 3 weeks was 85.4%.Besides,Cu _(2)O_(MA-PR) could also effectively inhibit the proliferation of various microbial communities.
