摘 要:为了保障油田的安全生产,针对陕北某油田的实际工况,利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪结合丝束电极进行垢下腐蚀形态观察和腐蚀产物分析。通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱探索了Cl^(-)、CO_(2)和O_(2)对垢下腐蚀的影响机制,并阐明了缓蚀剂对垢下腐蚀的缓蚀性能。结果表明:Cl^(-)、CO_(2)和O_(2)易穿透垢层渗透到金属基体的表面,形成腐蚀电池,使得腐蚀倾向增大;缓蚀剂CH-1在垢样表面的吸附量较小,对垢下腐蚀具有较强的阳极抑制作用,能通过负催化效应达到缓蚀效果,具有良好的垢下缓蚀性能。In order to ensure the safe production of the oil field,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X⁃ray diffraction(XRD),com⁃bined with wire beam electrodes,were used to observe the corrosion morphology and analyze the corrosion products under the scale in accord⁃ance with the actual operating conditions of an oil field in northern Shaanxi.The influence mechanism of Cl^(-),CO_(2) and O_(2) on corrosion under scale was explored by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the corrosion inhibition performance of corrosion in⁃hibitors on corrosion under scale was clarified.Results showed that Cl^(-),CO_(2) and O_(2) could easily penetrate the scale layer and reach the surface of the metal substrate to form corrosion cells,which increased the corrosion tendency.The corrosion inhibitor CH⁃1 had a small adsorption ca⁃pacity on the scale sample surface,and had a strong anodic inhibition effect on the corrosion under scale.It could achieve the corrosion inhibi⁃tion effect through negative catalytic effect,and had good corrosion inhibition performance under scale.
